I am a BACP senior accredited and registered UKRCP psychotherapist and supervisor.

I am an Advanced Certified Practioner in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I am a qualified and experienced therapist with many years experience working with a range of issues including trauma and developmental/attachment trauma.

I am trained in individual and group supervision.

I am a trained and experienced Spiritual Director and Supervisor.

I have at the centre of my practice the belief that it is in the therapeutic relationship of empathy and unconditional positive regard that a person can begin to discover their deepest value and unique self.

I specialised in working with Complex trauma, Developmental trauma, Dissociation, Dissociative Identity Disorder and Attachment wounds. I offer training on working with Trauma and Abuse, and Ritual Abuse.

I believe that the client needs to experience a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship and in the room. Experiencing safety is often a foreign concept to clients who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. Drawing on my training, experience and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I am able to facilitate this process.

I am interested in the interface between psychology and spirituality.

For those clients that request it, I offer a space to explore psychological and spiritual difficulties and to look at the interplay between the two.
